Class/Workshop Terms and Conditions

Bookings

All bookings must be paid in advance of the start date. 

Payments

Bookings and payment are to be made using the online payment system which takes payments via PayPal. You can pay either through a dedicated PayPal account but also with a credit or debit card using PayPal’s secure payment system. Please note that acceptance of your booking is not confirmed until funds have cleared. Fees stated on our website are inclusive of VAT.

Changes or cancellations

If you find yourself unable to attend your class and you inform us more than 14 days in advance, we can offer a refund minus 50% of your course fee. If cancellation is made within 14 days of your class, we are unable to offer a refund or move you to another class. However, you are free send a friend to take your place or have your class kit sent (free delivery), please ensure you notify us in these cases.

Non-attendance

Non-attendance of classes due to illness or for personal or professional reasons is not an automatic right to a refund, extra tuition or a transfer. However, in such an event we will consider all the circumstances and take action that we consider to be fair and reasonable.

Running late

If you are running late for your lesson, you must inform us by phone before your lesson is due to begin. If you are more than 30 mins late for your lesson, we reserve the right to cancel your attendance. Late arrivals can impact the progress of the class, so please aim to be on time.

Minimum class numbers

We require a minimum of 4 students to be booked for any class in order to proceed with this class/workshop. We may choose to run a class with less than 4 bookings, but we reserve the right to reschedule under-subscribed classes.

Cancellations by us

In the unlikely event when a class/workshop must be cancelled or postponed due to unavoidable circumstances or if a class is under-subscribed, we will give you a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. You will be offered an alternative date or credit for the cost of your class towards a new class or refund of your payment. We will not be liable for any other costs, including travel or expenses that you may incur.

Are there any age limits?
Anyone over the age of 18 is very welcome.

Do you take group bookings?
Yes, we are more than happy to take a group, up to a maximum of 6. Please contact Emma direct if you would like a course to yourselves, she will try to block one out for you or discuss a separate date. See contact details below.
